Graduated lawyer and tax expert, Steven worked in tax advisory for several years within internationally renowned companies, including PwC and Credit Suisse. These experiences have enabled him to develop in‑depth expertise in corporate and individual taxation, as well as in business restructurings, transfers and reorganizations.
Today, Steven is a partner in two local fiduciary firms, where he puts his expertise at the service of a diverse entrepreneurial clientele.
He is regularly involved in supporting business takeovers, from the tax and legal structuring of transactions through to their operational implementation, ensuring that the stakeholders’ asset and strategic interests are secured. Strongly involved in the local economic fabric, Steven maintains close relationships with regional players and is actively committed to the development and long‑term sustainability of businesses, favouring a pragmatic, personalised and solution‑oriented approach.
Alain Bournoud
Partner
Graduated certified public accountant and licensed audit expert, Alain worked for eight years at PwC in Zurich and Geneva, mainly in the fields of audit and business transfers. These experiences have enabled him to develop in‑depth expertise in financial analysis, business valuation and in supporting sale and acquisition transactions. Over the course of his career, Alain has been involved in more than twenty transactions, on both the buy‑side and the sell‑side.
Alain is now a partner in a fiduciary firm in the Lausanne region, where he puts his expertise at the service of business leaders and entrepreneurs.
Alongside his professional activity, Alain is a lecturer at ExpertSuisse for the training of future certified public accountants, where he teaches business valuation.
